Aoiharu: Water Manipulation

Name: Water Manipulation
Requirements: It requires water around you. Also, you must post in a private topis once a day for a week, of your experiemnt concentrating on thier chi, sitting in water.
Description: Aoiharu has the ability to Manipulate the water to use it for battle, she can't manipuklate any other forms of water, (no snow or ice.)
Knowledge: Any experiemnt that Aoiharu teaches can know how to do it.

This technique isn't really the kind that you would find in this genre of RPG. I'm sorry but I can't approve it. You might be able to modify this so its manipulating water scientifically or something like that.
